- International / Royal Mail International Tracked, 5–10 working days from dispatch, £9.95
Orders placed before 11am are usually dispatched the same day (Mon–Fri). Some pieces are made to order — please allow one additional working day before dispatch if needed.
Customs charges may apply outside the UK.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and they can be redeemed against any products in stock at Hélène

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied please contact me within 14 working days, I will then email you with return details.
Following this email please return items as soon as reasonably practicable in their original condition and packaging, in a secure parcel and with proof of purchase. I regret I cannot refund postage, unless the item is faulty or mis-described.
I can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit. Please retain your proof of purchase when returning items.
