Delivery & Returns
Your jewellery arrives beautifully wrapped, with complimentary UK shipping, so it feels like a gift the moment it's opened. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.
- Local delivery (Ealing, London): 1–2 working days, free
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (UK): 2–3 working days, free
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK): 1–2 working days, free on orders £60+, otherwise £3.95
- Royal Mail International Tracked: 5–10 working days, £9.95
Orders placed before 11am are usually dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Made-to-order pieces may need one extra working day before dispatch, and customs charges may apply on orders outside the UK.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Enter this number on Royal Mail's tracking page to follow its journey.
Orders placed before 11am are usually dispatched the same day (Mon–Fri). Some pieces are made to order please allow one additional working day before dispatch if needed. Customs charges may apply outside the UK.
We hope you'll love your purchase, but if something's not right, contact us within 14 days and we'll email you the return details.
Send the item back as soon as you can, in its original condition and packaging, in a secure parcel, with proof of purchase included. We'll process your refund or exchange once it reaches us. We can't refund postage unless the item is faulty or wrongly described, and we're not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we'd recommend a tracked service.
Jewellery gifts
Yes. Jewellery gift cards can be redeemed against any product in our online boutique and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Simply enter your gift card number in the discount code field at checkout to apply it to your order.

It depends on the dress's colour, neckline, and occasion. As a rule, gold and pearl tones suit almost any dress, while bold colours and patterns, sequins, florals, jewel tones, pair best with simple drop or stud earrings so they don't compete.
