We don’t receive much beautiful mail by the post nowadays so I want you to feel like you are receiving a gift when your order arrives on your doorstep, ensuring that your order is beautifully wrapped and presented. I will send you an email when your order is dispatched so you can look out for the postman.

• UK / Royal Mail Signed For 1st class (2 to 4 working days) - £3.95 for orders below £60 and free for orders above £60

• International* / Royal Mail International Tracked (5 to 10 working days) - £9.95

Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and they can be redeemed against any products in stock at Hélène
Elisabeth boutique. Simply fill up the discount code section at check out with your gift card number to see the amount taken off your total.

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied please contact me within 14 working days, I will then email you with return details.

Following this email please return items as soon as reasonably practicable in their original condition and packaging, in a secure parcel and with proof of purchase. I regret I cannot refund postage, unless the item is faulty or mis-described.
I can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit. Please retain your proof of purchase when returning items.
